EARL DES BOARMIES

EARL des Boarmies, located in Dangolsheim in Alsace, offers a variety of agrotourism activities to discover its farm from an original perspective. Between the third week of August and the second week of October, you can explore one of the largest collections of table grapes in Europe. This visit highlights viticultural biodiversity, the history of the vine and its cultivation, focusing on grapes intended for direct consumption.

Through a guided route, set out to discover the casemates trail, much of which is located on the farm's land. This visit traces the history of the local vineyard and the construction of the casemates, while exploring the interactions between landscape and crop evolution after the fortification of the hills between 1914 and 1915. Some structures are accessible for visits, depending on conditions.

Finally, a themed walk invites you to observe the landscaping around the farm and its crops. The goal is to show how to harmoniously integrate into nature and live in symbiosis with it. You will notably learn about the management of badger setts, with observations and commentary on these emblematic animals.
