The garden-level floor, featuring a private entrance and a 480 m² enclosed garden, offers a double bedroom, a mezzanine with a single bed (ideal for a teenager or older child), a workspace that can accommodate a child's bed, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The property provides a piano, compost, seasonal orchard fruits, and three bicycles. It is wheelchair accessible and runs entirely on renewable energy. A secure storage room is available for bikes or skis.

Located just a five-minute walk from the train station, access can be autonomous via a key box or in person with the owner. Bed linens are provided, and baby equipment is available upon request. Children should be supervised due to sensitive areas such as the mezzanine, pond, and fireplace.
