Ehrsam Farm

Located in Niederhergheim, a few kilometers south of Colmar, Julien Ehrsam, a 25-year-old young farmer, has developed a diversified activity around his farm.

In addition to growing cereals for a cooperative, marketing fodder, and providing agricultural services, he focuses on direct sales of his products.

Every Saturday morning, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., he offers potatoes, red and yellow onions, shallots, and fresh eggs. These products are available at two sales points: in Niederhergheim, via the Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine road, and in Dessenheim, on the Rustenhart road.
