In Wingen, in the far north of Bas-Rhin and at the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, Rachel Gardon continues a family tradition by cultivating her crops directly on site. She also processes the products in the farm that once belonged to her grandparents. This place, rich in history, thus combines agricultural expertise with heritage transmission.
