Entzenbach Educational Farm

Built in 1873, this farm nestles in the Entzenbach valley, 700 meters from its starting point in the village of Niederbruck.

This preserved setting, where the waters of the stream of the same name meander, offers a peaceful retreat: natural meadows, conifer and beech forests surround the area with a calming atmosphere. The Leiser family, owners of the farm, welcome you for an immersion into rural life. You will discover farm animals, a garden of medicinal and aromatic plants grown biodynamically, and a small museum dedicated to local crafts, showcasing tools for forging and woodworking. Beekeeping also holds a special place here, with hives located near the property. To reach the farm, a short 30-minute walk is required from the parking lot near Niederbruck church, where a pleasant trail leads through the countryside. Once there, you can extend your visit by enjoying local specialties by reservation, such as fleischnaka, Bargkass fondue, omelettes, or farmhouse bacon. Alternatively, bringing your own picnic is perfectly possible.

Before visiting, it is advisable to check opening times, which may vary by season.
