Felsach Farm Inn
Founded in 1925 by Nicolas Neff, this farm inn is now run by his great-grandson, continuing an authentic family tradition. The establishment focuses on local and seasonal products, such as beef shepherd's pie with wild garlic or veal blanquette from the farm with oyster mushrooms, not to mention grilled meats from their cattle.
The warm and friendly dining room can accommodate up to 60 people for hearty and delicious meals.
To get there by car, take the Thur Valley to Kruth (D13B), then turn left towards the Oderen Pass. After crossing the pass, turn right onto the forest road marked by signs, about 1 km from the pass. The journey from the pass to the farm inn is about 3 km.
On foot, several options are available for hikers: from the Kruth-Wildenstein dam (2 hours walk), from Frenz (2 hours), or from Oderen (3 hours).
For hiking, the surroundings offer great opportunities: the summit of Drumont (1h30), Grand Ventron (2h), Bramont Pass (3h30), or the climb to Rouge Gazon, which takes about half a day.
