Ferme Berling - Breeding and Fattening in the East

Since 1950, Ferme Berling has raised and fattened geese and ducks using corn from its own crops, continuing traditional Alsatian methods. The fattening is done exclusively with whole corn kernels, without any additives.

In addition to these waterfowl, the farm also raises chickens and turkeys, ensuring a variety of local products.

All products are processed on-site, guaranteeing optimal quality and freshness. The farm is committed to quality by eliminating nitrite salt from its recipes and using ingredients from organic farming, such as wine and flour. A member of the Gänzeliesel charter, Ferme Berling follows animal welfare-friendly practices: outdoor rearing, GMO-free cereal-based feed, and no growth promoters. This association of breeders and artisan processors also ensures the quality of the livers produced.
