Ferme de la Plume d'Or

The Ferme de la Plume d'Or is located about twenty kilometers west of Strasbourg, in the medieval village of Dachstein.

It is certified "Bienvenue à la ferme" and is a member of several Alsatian associations: Ganzeliesel for producers, breeders, and gavage farmers, as well as the association for the promotion of Alsace asparagus, guaranteeing freshness and quality.

Specializing in duck farming, the farm offers goose foie gras and confit duck legs, made from animals raised by an organic producer in the south of France. It also cultivates asparagus and apples according to organic farming principles.
