Ferme des Hutten

Ferme des Hutten is a family-run Alsatian farm entirely dedicated to raising Salers cows using organic farming methods. Vincent Lauler, a committed farmer, upholds a tradition respectful of the environment and animal welfare while actively contributing to the preservation of local landscapes.

The herd is fed exclusively with hay and grass from surrounding pastures, ensuring high-quality meat.

Farm products are sold directly on-site, through AMAP in Strasbourg, and at various events organized in the region.
