Ferme du Château - Camille's Vegetable Garden

Located in the rural village of Buswiller, Le Potager de Camille, operated by Ferme du Château, spans 120 hectares dedicated to organic farming. They grow cereals, protein crops, open-field vegetables, and market garden crops without using pesticides or chemical herbicides.

Their ecological commitment is reflected in environmentally friendly practices: crop rotation, addition of fresh or composted organic matter, and cultivation of legumes or green manure. These methods preserve soil quality and product integrity.

The estate also offers an on-site organic market on Fridays from 4:30 PM to 7 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. Visitors can discover a selection of local, seasonal products. On Friday evenings from 5 PM to 8 PM, homemade wood-fired tarte flambée and potato pancakes are available for takeaway.
