Fischbach Estate
For several centuries, the Fischbach estate has cultivated vines in harmony with nature.
True to this tradition, the Fischbach family has chosen 100% sustainable viticulture, guided by three fundamental principles: respect for the environment, preservation of the terroir, and protection of health.
To achieve this, adapted cultivation methods have been implemented. Treatments are reduced to the strict minimum, neurotoxic products are excluded from treatment plans, and preventive techniques such as prophylaxis, bud thinning, and leaf thinning are favored. These manual vineyard tasks help limit chemical interventions while promoting grape quality. Each year, a self-assessment of the estate and an improvement plan allow progress in respecting these environmental and quality principles.
