Fish Pass Visitor Areas

In the visitor areas of the fish pass, an underwater viewing room offers an immersive experience through three large windows overlooking the fish pass pools. Visitors can observe fish swimming upstream in the Rhine in real time.

A permanent exhibition complements the visit by covering several topics: the biodiversity and fish migrations of the river, the impacts of Rhine developments, and the purpose and operation of fish passes.

Finally, a large aquarium showcases various species living in the Rhine on a rotating basis.
