Fish Passes

The Bruche, a local watercourse, has impassable obstacles for fish, especially salmonids.

To address this, three fish passes have been installed along its course. These structures, located in Molsheim, Mutzig, and Avolsheim-Wolxheim, provide fish with a route to bypass these barriers and swim upstream.

This solution promotes access to more suitable spawning areas, essential for species reproduction.
