Fishing at Lake Sewen
Nestled in a preserved setting, Lake Sewen offers an authentic fishing experience. The waters are home to a variety of fish: brown and rainbow trout, carp, roach, tench, and rudd, as well as pike and perch.
Anglers are allowed to use two rods simultaneously. Recent catches include five trout, one pike, six perch, and two carp, with carp over five kilograms to be released. Visitors can access the lake via two options: a walking trail starting from the Church Square, about a fifteen-minute walk, or direct car access from the road leading to Lake Alfeld, right opposite the Villa du Lac. Fishing permits are available for purchase from the association managing the site.
