Fishing at the Thurwald Ponds

Between Oberhergheim and Rouffach, the Thurwald ponds are maintained and managed by the dynamic Oberhergheim Fishing and Fish Farming Association.

These bodies of water are a natural heritage site, ideal for fishing, walking, or exploring preserved wildlife and plant life.

Visitors can also enjoy a pleasant clubhouse and areas set up for barbecues provided by the association. The ponds are open to the public from the first Sunday in April to the last Sunday in October, every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
