Fluo simplifies your travel by combining train and electric bike. Upon getting off the TER train, rent a bike for the day and use it for all your trips. The rental lasts 14 consecutive hours and must be returned to the same station before your train departure. This service is for travelers holding a valid TER Fluo ticket for the same day, or a standard TER ticket accompanied by proof of a Fluo card or an annual TER Fluo subscription with direct debit. Reservation, optional but recommended, can be made up to 2 p.m. before departure via the Fluo app or website. It guarantees bike availability upon your arrival at the station. To start your trip, scan the bike's QR code with the app, then begin the rental. A beep confirms the rental start. To pause, lock the bike via the app: a double beep indicates it is secured. Park it in a designated area and unlock it to continue. At the end of your day, return the bike to the departure station by properly attaching it to the rack. A double beep signals successful return.
