Food Truck: The Flambéed Flames

This food truck travels through the Bruche Valley offering tarte flambée and pizzas according to a well-defined weekly schedule. Each day, it sets up in a different town, providing a culinary experience accessible to several communities.

On Monday midday, it is at the Intermarché in La Broque, while Monday evening it parks opposite the church in Barembach.

Tuesday midday finds it at building D of Siat in Urmatt, then Wednesday evening in front of Brice bakery in La Claquette.

Thursday midday it is welcomed at the Siat reception in Urmatt, before moving to the tobacco shop in Rothau on Thursday evening.

Friday evening it sets up in front of the town hall in Raon-sur-Plaine, Saturday evening opposite the community hall in Natzwiller.

Finally, Sunday evening it ends its tour in front of the Aldi in La Broque.
