Forest Cabin of the Borne des Trois Puissances

This forest cabin is located near the Borne des Trois Puissances, on the Franco-Swiss border that separates the communes of Pfetterhouse (Haut-Rhin, France), Beurnevesin (Switzerland), and Réchésy (Territoire de Belfort, France). It was built on the Swiss side by the commune of Beurnevesin and is normally accessible to everyone free of charge. However, it can also be rented from the Beurnevesin town hall for organizing meetings, which notably allows the use of the adjoining toilets. When rented, a sign indicates this and renters are asked to keep it available until the end of their reservation. Rental conditions, set by the communal council, specify a daily price of 20 Swiss francs for Beurnevesin residents and 40 Swiss francs for others. A deposit of 50 Swiss francs is required when the toilet keys are handed over and will be refunded upon their return. Renters must collect their waste, clean the premises, toilets, and surroundings, and provide their own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. For any questions, you can contact the responsible communal councilor, Mrs. Cindy Guenat, at 077 449 05 15. Reservations are made through the communal secretariat by email at administration@beurnevesin.ch or by phone at 032 474 42 33.
