Surrounded by a 500 m² wooded garden, it features a 100 m² south-facing terrace, a children's play area, two parking spaces, and outdoor games. Inside, a large open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area combine comfort and conviviality.

Located near the Ungersheim Ecomuseum, this cottage allows you to explore the hiking trails of the Vosges, Alsace's Grand Cru vineyards, and local gastronomy. The cities of Strasbourg, Colmar, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, and Eguisheim are easily accessible.

Distances are short: 15 minutes from Mulhouse TGV station, 35 minutes from the Basel-Freiburg-Mulhouse Euroairport, 1 hour 15 minutes from Strasbourg, 35 minutes from Colmar, 30 minutes from a ski resort, 45 minutes from Freiburg in Germany and the Laguna water park.

In the village, 300 meters from the cottage, you will find two bakers, a butcher, a tobacco and newsagent, a grocery store, a traditional restaurant, an Irish pub, a Carrefour convenience store, two other restaurants, a cheesemonger, a pharmacy, several hairdressers, a library, healthcare professionals, and a bike repair shop. The Thursday morning market completes the local offerings.
