Former Frantz Hotel
Although the building no longer operates as a hotel, it retains a remarkable sun-shaped sign, symbolizing its past.
Its name pays tribute to Jules Frantz, a former owner who created the fried carp recipe here in 1880, now represented by a fountain located in front of the building.
Inside, visitors can discover a washbasin from the former Sainte-Croix chapel, adding a historical touch to the establishment.
