Fortwenger Pop-Up Shop - Chocolaterie

This Alsatian production site, built in 1980, was originally the Mosser Chocolate and Confectionery, founded in 1960, then the Cémoi Chocolate Factory.

Specializing in traditional hollow chocolate molds hand-painted, it produces about 500 tons of goods each year.

Since summer 2023, the company has been owned by Fortwenger, under the name Fortwenger Chocolaterie.

Fortwenger is the oldest gingerbread brand in Alsace, created in 1768 in Gertwiller, and has established itself as the leading French producer of gingerbread since 2018.
