French and Allied Military Cemetery
Created in 1920, the national necropolis honors the memory of French and Allied soldiers who fell during the two world wars.
It contains 3,643 individual graves as well as an ossuary holding the remains of 933 fighters. Among them are British, Russian, Serbian, and Czech soldiers. A specific monument pays tribute to the Czechoslovak volunteer fighters, preserving their sacrifice.
