In Keskastel, this artisanal workshop produces a wide range of meat and charcuterie products. They offer meat or vegetarian ravioli, grilled dishes, and smoked specialties.

Customers can pick up their purchases from a self-service vending machine located in the center of Domfessel, which is restocked several times a day.

It is also possible to reserve orders or place them directly at the workshop by appointment.

Their products are also available at several local markets: every Wednesday morning in Sarre-Union, every Thursday morning in Sarralbe, and the first Wednesday of each month in Diemeringen. A permanent shop is open in Sarre-Union at 5 rue de Phalsbourg.
