Accessible to people with reduced mobility, it covers 175 m² over three levels, accommodating up to 10 guests in a spacious and comfortable setting. An elevator serves all floors, from the basement to the second level, a rare feature that facilitates movement within the house.
The basement houses a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a garage that can fit a large car or two small ones, plus a storage area for bicycles.
On the first floor, a large entrance hall opens onto a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. An adjoining veranda, furnished with tables and armchairs, allows you to enjoy meals while admiring views of the vineyards and hills. A roomy lounge with a corner sofa and a giant screen TV completes this living area. There is also a bedroom with a 160/200 cm double bed, a private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, towel radiator, and toilet), and a separate toilet with a hand basin on this level. This bedroom is specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The second floor offers three bedrooms: one with a 160/200 cm double bed and a private bathroom (shower, sink, towel radiator, and toilet), another with two 90/200 cm single beds that can be joined, and a third with a 160/200 cm double bed and a 90/200 cm wrought iron daybed, accompanied by a private bathroom (shower, sink, towel radiator). An additional bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and sink, as well as a separate toilet with hand basin, complete this floor.
Located just 15 minutes from Colmar and 30 minutes from Mulhouse, the cottage is easily accessible from National Road 83. It features a closed garage for two cars and two private parking spaces in front of the house. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival and linens are provided. Baby equipment (high chair and travel cot) can also be loaned, along with board games and books available for use.
