This spacious loft-gîte, shared with Côté Cépages on the upper floor of a working building, charms with its warm atmosphere and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living-dining area, invites you to prepare your favorite dishes while enjoying a private 20 m² terrace.

From there, admire the gentle hills of Wettolsheim and watch storks flying near their nest. The bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, and the convertible sofa in the living room, which can be turned into an extra bed, ensure optimal comfort. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet completes the space. A private enclosed parking area is available at the foot of the gîte. All amenities are within walking distance: bakery 5 minutes away, butcher-charcuter, two restaurants, and a caterer’s shop in the village. For larger shopping needs, a supermarket is less than 2 km away.

Ideally located, Côté Terroir is only 5 minutes from Colmar and its old town, rich in leisure and sports activities. Major tourist sites such as Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg, and Ribeauvillé are easily accessible.
