This furnished cottage is set in a small detached house on a 15-acre plot shared with the owner's residence. Located on the edge of the village of Mutzig, at the foot of a hill planted with old orchards, it offers a peaceful and green setting. Perfect for a couple with one or two children or three adults, this accommodation is an excellent starting point to explore Alsace, visit Strasbourg, or venture into the Vosges through various walks and hikes.

The ground floor includes a kitchen fitted into a white cerused oak unit, equipped with an oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a blue resin sink. A dining area with a 120x80 cm table and four chairs is arranged here. An entrance with storage leads upstairs, while a bathroom completes this space, featuring a shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs, the bedroom-living room offers a double bed (140x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm), and a sofa bed (80x190 cm). A desk area and a lounge space with a color TV and DVD/BluRay player are also installed. The accommodation has air conditioning for the summer.

The exterior of the cottage is equally pleasant: two paved terraces at the foot of the orchard are furnished with garden seating and a barbecue. Two outdoor parking spaces are available, including one on the property with electric charging capability. A garden shed is used for storing outdoor furniture, and an outdoor clothesline is installed. Heating can be provided by four electric radiant heaters or a wood-burning fireplace with an insert.
