Eguisheim, the cradle of the Alsace vineyard, is a former fortified town nestled at the foot of the vines, near Colmar.

The apartment is located in one of the most picturesque alleys of the historic center, Rue du Rempart Sud, lined with generously flowered half-timbered houses.

Situated on the first and second floors of a renovated old barn, it can accommodate 4 to 6 people and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

It includes a private garage (maximum height 1.90 m) for parking or storing bikes and strollers, a private entrance, a warm living-dining room with exposed beams, table and six chairs, three-seat sofa, two armchairs, TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The open, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all necessary dishes and utensils.

A shower room with a view of the church steeple and its stork nest, a separate toilet, a cozy and spacious double bedroom (140x200 cm bed, new mattress, wardrobe), and an upstairs bedroom for 2, 3, or 4 people (two twin beds, two convertible armchairs) complete the amenities.

The apartment is air-conditioned, beds are made on arrival, and towels and kitchen cloths are provided. A travel cot, baby seat, and suitable dishes are also available. Cleaning, charged at €50, is included in the rental price.

The owners, keen to preserve the soul of the place while offering a comfortable setting, are available to make the stay enjoyable.

The apartment, quiet and central, allows easy access to all village shops: bakery, butcher, grocery, newsstand, winemakers, electric bike rental, etc.
