Nestled in the medieval town of Mutzig, about twenty kilometers from Strasbourg, this independent architect-designed house of 100 m² enjoys an ideal location to explore Alsace and its iconic sites: Mont Sainte-Odile, the Mutzig fort, and the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. Located about 1 km from the town center, it is close to shops while offering a peaceful setting just steps from the forest.

The very bright house offers two bedrooms, a dining area, a living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate one to two people, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a handheld shower. The ground-level entrance facilitates access, while stairs lead up to the accommodation. A fenced private garden extends at the front, while the rear, shared with the owners, provides additional space.

Heating is not included in the rental price. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the house. Upon request, bed linens, a high chair, and a baby cot can be provided.
