Set on the garden level of a contemporary house, it provides an unobstructed view of the surrounding meadows. Covering 35 m², it has independent access from a reserved parking area, a dedicated luggage entrance, and a main room arranged with a lounge area, dining space, and sleeping area featuring a 1.40 m double bed. An adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower. A kitchen area, separated by a French door, opens directly onto a private 20 m² terrace.

The decor combines seventies elements with loft-style fittings, and the sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to four people with a double bed, a single bed, and an additional sleeping option.
