The ground floor houses bedroom CH1 with a double bed for two people, a baby bed, and a ceiling height of 2 meters. The living room, featuring an alcove, has two 1.10 m beds, a television, and a phone with a France Télécom card.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine, and a toilet.

An additional WC is also available.

Electric heating is extra, except on weekends.

Beds are made upon arrival. Outside, the enclosed courtyard features a garden, garden furniture, a carport, a barbecue, a swing set, a sandbox, and a lawn. Bikes and parking are also provided. A reduced rate applies for stays of 4 people.
