FUX - FUCHS GAEC
This vineyard opens its doors to let you discover all the stages that transform the vine into wine.
It all starts with vineyard work carried out throughout the year: winter pruning to structure the vines, spring shoot thinning to remove unnecessary growth, and treatments against diseases to preserve plant health.
Summer involves green work such as trellising and leaf thinning to optimize sun exposure of the grape clusters and ensure harmonious ripening.
Finally, the harvest, usually in autumn, marks the start of winemaking. This phase includes pressing the grapes, fermenting the must, aging in tanks or barrels, and sometimes cellar aging to refine the aromas. Each step is carefully managed to guarantee quality wines that reflect the terroir and the expertise of the estate.
