G. Miclo Distillery

Nestled in a valley where the art of distillation has been rooted for generations, the Miclo distillery is a family business founded in 1962, distinguished by numerous awards.

It opens its doors for guided one-hour tours, inviting visitors to explore its stills, cellars, and some of its manufacturing secrets. The tour traces the company's history and details the production steps of eaux-de-vie and whiskies, offering an authentic insight into these artisanal crafts. From May to September, an educational garden allows visitors to discover the fruits and berries used in the recipes, grown on-site to illustrate the connection between nature and distillation. At the end of the visit, guests can freely taste a selection of emblematic products: L’Amer bière, a wild service tree eau-de-vie, and the house whiskies, known for their finesse.

Groups of more than ten people can arrange a guided tour year-round by reservation.
