At the foot of the Northern Vosges, in Ingwiller, the Domaine du Rauschenbourg has been managed for 40 years by the Gérard and Yannick Durmeyer families.

Since 1978, these nature enthusiasts have upheld family hunting traditions that respect the environment and have been passed down through generations. Their commitment led them to take on a new challenge: to promote exceptional venison while respecting traditional methods. They offer consumers a short supply chain for purchasing game, whether cut or processed according to individual preferences, directly from hunter to consumer.

Since June 2017, a dedicated shop has offered a wide range of products made from their venison:

• terrines, fresh meats,
• pâtés, sausages, and more, much to the delight of lovers of authentic, local products.
