Founded nearly six decades ago by Georges Colin, a farmer passionate about aromatic plants and spices, Maison Colin is a family-run Alsatian business still active today.

Now led by his son Éric, it remains based in Mittelhausen, a picturesque village in the heart of Alsace, where it upholds values of authenticity, quality, and culinary creativity inherited from its origins.

Specializing in exceptional spices, Maison Colin offers a diverse catalog of over 200 references, organized into five main categories: spices, peppers, salts, chili peppers, and exclusive blends created in collaboration with chefs. These products, available whole or ground, are carefully selected to enhance flavors. For greater accessibility, Maison Colin has opened a new shop in Gunsbach, adding to its two Alsatian locations in Strasbourg and Mittelhausen. Inspiring recipes, such as black lemon pollock papillotes or Alsatian gingerbread, are also offered to guide enthusiasts in exploring these flavors.
