Gîte A Côté

The detached house "A Côté" is ideally located to explore Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar, in a small historic town with all amenities. It is just minutes from the Alsace Ecomuseum and the Little Prince Park, as well as picturesque villages in the Alsace vineyard and other major tourist sites.

Fully renovated over three levels, this house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the owner's home. The ground floor includes an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a southwest-facing terrace, and a living-dining room. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and another with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), plus a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms are available: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the other with two electric beds (80 x 200 cm). A toilet with a washbasin completes this floor.

The basement houses a storage area and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator with two freezer drawers.

Outside, a fenced garden with a decorative pond (not secured), a green area, sun loungers, and games are available to guests.
