Upstairs, a shower room with toilet serves three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm), another with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and the last with two single beds (90x190 cm).

The basement houses a laundry room equipped with a sink, washing machine, indoor and outdoor drying racks, as well as an iron and ironing board. A closed, secure garage can accommodate a vehicle or two-wheelers, while an inner courtyard offers four additional parking spaces. The fenced, tree-lined garden provides several shaded areas to relax or dine around a barbecue. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
