This independent 50 m² ground-floor apartment with a private entrance offers a peaceful setting on the edge of a forest while being just one minute from grocery stores.

It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with toilet, as well as a dining room that can accommodate an extra single bed.

The well-equipped kitchen features four hotplates, two ovens, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, along with dishes, pots, pans, and fine tasting glasses. A washing machine and drying rack are provided, as well as a fridge-freezer.

Outside is equally pleasant with a private garden, barbecue, enclosed courtyard, and private parking.

The accommodation is near the Wine Route, picturesque villages, the Tellure silver mines, and many hiking trails. The deer rutting season in early September can be observed nearby. Spring water, Wi-Fi, a TV, a VCR, and a radio complete the amenities.

Pets are welcome. Bath towels are available for rent at €8 per week per person.

The minimum rental is three nights, except in July and August when it is weekly.

The rate is €70 per night or €450 per week. During the Minerals and Patchwork Fair week, the price rises to €500 per week.
