Designed for 1 to 12 guests, the accommodation combines comfort and practicality with four bedrooms spread over two levels: two upstairs (including a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area), one on the ground floor, and one on the same level. Each room has its own bathroom, and the living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed. A large 60 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, invites you to enjoy long summer evenings.

Reversible heating ensures a pleasant temperature year-round.

A private parking space is reserved for one car, with public parking just a few steps away. For a safe stay, enhanced sanitary measures are in place: nebulization disinfection before each arrival, a minimum 24-hour gap between bookings, minimalist decor, and masked welcome.

A tourist tax of €0.66 per adult per night applies, varying with the length of stay and number of occupants.
