This cottage, located on the ground floor of the owners' house, offers an independent entrance and unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards and orchards. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The 30 m² living room is cozy with its fireplace, TV, DVD player, and well-stocked library. The two bedrooms offer varied sleeping arrangements: one bed measuring 140x190 cm and another 160x200 cm, which can be converted into two twin beds.

Central heating ensures optimal comfort in all seasons. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside, a covered terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, deck chairs, lawn, and barbecue invite relaxation. The enclosed and secure garden is complemented by private parking in a gated courtyard with an electric gate. A garage is also available for storing bikes or skis.

Pets are accepted for an additional charge of €15 per animal per day.
