This holiday home, set in a renovated farmhouse dating back to 1750, welcomes you in Balbronn, a village surrounded by vineyards and hiking trails. Ideally located, it allows you to visit the main tourist sites of the region and is close to a ski slope as well as nature walks to discover wild plants. You will also enjoy numerous local activities: museums, picturesque villages, events, and tastings of regional specialties near the accommodation.

On the first floor, the mezzanine bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom. The ground floor includes a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker), as well as a sofa bed, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Facilities also include a separate toilet, electric heating, and a pellet stove with pellets provided. A terrace with garden furniture is accessible to enjoy the outdoors. Tourist tax is extra.

The accommodation has parking in a closed courtyard. A five-person gîte is also available on the same property, each with an independent entrance. A shared games room is provided with equipment such as ping-pong, an exercise bike, an inversion table, a sandbox, and bicycles. Baby equipment is available on request.
