Gîte of the 3 Hearts

The Gîte des 3 Cœurs is a spacious 180 m² detached Alsatian house, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village between Colmar and Mulhouse.

Rated 3 stars, it harmoniously combines modern comfort with traditional charm, offering ideal accommodation for up to 8 people, whether for family stays, friends, or larger groups.

Designed to meet the needs of all holidaymakers, the gîte offers one bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet on the ground floor, making it accessible for those wishing to avoid stairs. Families with children will find a dedicated space, various games, and a secure enclosed garden. Babies are also well catered for with two cribs and a high chair provided. Cooking enthusiasts will enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen, plenty of crockery, and a barbecue for convivial meals. Finally, those seeking relaxation can rest on leather sofas and armchairs, read from a selection of books, or enjoy sunbathing in the garden.

The location of the gîte is perfect for cycling: beginners and experienced cyclists can explore the flat trails of the Alsace plain, while the more athletic can venture into the vineyards or the Vosges hills. Anglers will also be pleased, with the Ill river running through the village and the Rhine nearby.

Inside, the gîte has four bedrooms (including one double on the ground floor and another upstairs) as well as two bedrooms with single beds. Two bathrooms complete the facilities, one of which is on the ground floor. The living room, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, and a traditional Alsatian wood stove, invites relaxation. A dining room, a TV with DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen are also available. The outdoor area includes a private enclosed south-facing garden with garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers. Finally, a private garage for the car is located at the foot of the gîte, complemented by outdoor parking.

The all-inclusive rate covers water, electricity, bed linen, cleaning products, end-of-stay cleaning, and the tourist tax.
