Gîtes des Victoires

Gîtes des Victoires offers four furnished accommodations spread across the floors of a historic building dating back to 1367. This building, fully restored inside and out, is located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants. Access is convenient: just a ten-minute walk from the train station, five minutes from the tram, and one minute from the Vélocité station for urban bike rentals.

Gîte 1 accommodates two travelers, while the other three can host up to four people. Their sizes range from 35 to 48 m². Comfort is ensured with effective sound and thermal insulation, complemented by reversible air conditioning. Kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and bathrooms feature either a shower cabin or a walk-in shower. The bedding is hotel quality, filled with down duvets, and bed linens and towels are provided with the rental.

A shared space is available upon request, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
