Graessel Pottery

Marie-Ange and Jacky Graessel, from a family of potters in Betschdorf, settled in Soufflenheim about thirty years ago after discovering the village at a fair. Attracted by a shop for sale, they quickly launched Poterie Graessel, specializing in handmade stoneware fired at 1280°C. Their creations stand out for a wide range of colorful glazes, reflecting a traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations. The shop welcomes visitors Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., as well as Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. No free or guided tours of the workshop are offered.
