Grand Langenberg Farm Inn
Nestled on a mountainside at 900 meters altitude beneath the Ballon d'Alsace, the Grand Langenberg farm inn is a family-run operation that showcases local products. It raises a herd of Vosgian cows, from which the Bargkass cheese, a traditional cheese with a unique flavor, is made. Accessible by car via the Ballon d'Alsace road, the farm is also a waypoint for several hiking trails, making it an ideal spot for a tasty break after exertion. The inn, which can accommodate up to 25 guests, offers its specialties by reservation only. Direct sales include lamb, beef, charcuterie, herbal and aromatic plants, as well as syrups and jams.
