Griesheim-près-Molsheim

Nestled in the Rosenmeer valley, Griesheim is a small residential village whose agricultural origins still shape its identity.

The area is especially known for the quality of its asparagus, cultivated for generations.

More recently, the village established an educational and discovery farm, the Chèvrerie, which offers visitors a chance to learn more about the animal world and local farming practices.
