The adventure of Groupe Colin is rooted in a family history. It all started in 1966 when Georges Colin, from a family of farmers, launched his business from a hop dryer located in the village of Mittelhausen.

This is where the first dehydrated herbs were created, marking the beginning of a range dedicated to spices.

Fifty years later, Groupe Colin has established itself as a major player, offering a wide selection of spices, ingredients, and culinary bases.

After opening its shop in Strasbourg, the Mittelhausen site also added a sales area.

Upon entering the reception hall, visitors discover a varied assortment of spices and culinary aids, reflecting the expertise and tradition of this family business.
