Shared amenities include a communal refrigerator, secure private parking, a wooded park, a shaded garden, and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days. Three rooms are available: two double rooms, each with a double bed, private toilet, and shower; a third room offers three beds (two single beds pushed together and one single bed), with its own private toilet and shower.
