Located in Kaysersberg, an Alsatian town renowned for its history, exceptional wines, and gastronomy, this family-owned winery welcomes you. For seven generations, the Haas family has passionately cultivated the vineyard, blending tradition, innovation, and a love for the craft. Their warm and friendly tasting room invites you to discover their full range of Alsace wines, produced and bottled on-site with respect for the Alsatian terroir.

The estate also offers cellar tours and personalized wine tourism experiences by appointment, for individuals and groups. In January, February, and March, visits are by reservation only. The 13-hectare vineyard surrounding the famous Château at the gates of Kaysersberg highlights emblematic grape varieties such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Gris.

Environmentally respectful viticulture, combining modern techniques and tradition, ensures high-quality wines from hand-harvested grapes and limited yields.
