Hangenbieten Castle

In 1900, Philippe Bernhard acquired a property that housed a villa built in 1830.

He decided to demolish it to erect the building known today.

This castle, entirely built of ashlar stone, is distinguished by its slate-covered roof. It is a private residence, still owned by the Bernhard family, and is not open to the public.
