Haxaire Cheese Dairy

Since 1929, the Haxaire family has been continuing the artisanal production of Munster cheese while respecting tradition.

The family business sources from local farms, especially in the Vosges mountains, to ensure the quality of its products.

Located in the first cheese dairy of Alsace, it opens its doors to visitors in an authentic and traditional setting. Visitors can discover the artisanal production steps of Munster and watch its customary production.

Access to the cheese dairy is free, and free tastings are offered. Finally, a shop offers a wide selection of products to take away.
